Built around the risks of treatment abroad

The rules below are part of how DentVoya works, not optional extras.

In severe pain, swelling with fever, or bleeding that will not stop? Call 112 or your local emergency number now.

Post-surgical flight safety

Cabin pressure changes can damage healing sinuses and bone grafts. Your return flight is never scheduled before the minimum waiting time for your procedure, counted from the end of surgery in clinic time. Your treating dentist can extend the wait and must clear you before you fly; nobody can shorten it.

ProcedureMinimum before flying
Sinus lift7 days
All-on-4 / All-on-63 days
Single implant, surgical extraction2 days
Other procedures1 day

Waiting times are clinician-approved minimums. If a procedure is not on the list, the plan stops for a clinician's review rather than assuming a short wait.

Payments released in stages

You never pay a clinic abroad up front. Your payment is collected per stage and released only when that stage is confirmed: 30% deposit on booking, 40% when your clinic check-in is verified, and the final 30% when you sign off the result. Amounts come from your accepted quote and are never changed on the device.

  1. 30%

    Deposit on booking

30% when you accept your quote and your trip is booked.

  2. 40%

    At verified check-in

40% when your check-in at the clinic is verified.

  3. 30%

    At your sign-off

The final 30% when you sign off the result.

Emergency help that works offline

One tap dials the local emergency number (112 across Turkey, Hungary, Poland and the EU) even with no signal and no login. The app holds a medical card you can show a doctor, with your allergies, medications and implant details, plus your clinic's out-of-hours line and partner hospitals, and dentist-reviewed guidance on warning signs after surgery.

Secure messaging with your clinic

Message your clinic team before travel and after your operation. Messages are encrypted at rest with managed keys, only members of your case can read them, and translation runs on DentVoya's own servers with the original text always one tap away.
